1. Returns policy


§1. 

After receiving the item, you can cancel the purchase within 14 days and return the item providing it is still in its original packaging. 


§2.

We do not refund postage cost- only amount that has been paid for the product.


§3.

We will issue the refund within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the goods. 


 

 

2. Return postage


§1.

The buyer is responsible for return postage and covers it's cost. 


 

 

 

3. Warranty


§1.

Our Stroll-Air products are produced from the finest quality materials and are manufactured under the strictest quality controls. All products meet or exceed industry standards.


§2.

We guarantee all our products against faulty manufacture for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. This guarantee is not effective against accidental damage or damage caused by incorrect use, lack of maintenance or neglect.


§3.

The warranty covers Stroll-Air products purchased from authorized Stroll-Air retailers.


§4.

All costs of shipping and handling are the responsibility of the customer.


§5.

If the product is repaired under warranty, we cover the costs of sending it back to the customer. 


§6.

Under warranty Stroll-Air will repair or replace the parts at Stroll-Air’s option.


§7.

If the product is not covered under warranty, the customer will be responsible for all expenses associated with the repair, as well as shipping costs in both ways.


§8.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
